Tracking Solutions

Advanced RFID Tracking & Identification Solutions

We provide RFID solutions from industry-leading manufacturers like IFM and Zebra designed to deliver reliable identification, tracking, and traceability throughout automated operations. From inventory management and asset tracking to work-in-process monitoring, RFID technology enables fast, contactless data capture without requiring direct line-of-sight.

Our RFID systems help businesses improve visibility, reduce manual processes, and increase operational efficiency across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and distribution environments. By integrating RFID technology into existing workflows, we help customers achieve greater accuracy, real-time tracking, and seamless process automation.

RFID Portal

An integrated RFID portal is a fixed scanning system designed to automatically detect and track RFID-tagged items as they pass through a doorway, hallway, dock door, or transition point. It combines RFID readers and specialized antennas into a single, easy-to-deploy structure that continuously monitors movement without requiring manual barcode scans.

Fixed RFID

An ultra-rugged fixed RFID reader is a permanently installed RFID device designed to provide continuous, real-time tracking of tagged assets in demanding indoor and outdoor environments. Unlike handheld readers, it operates automatically and can be mounted at gates, dock doors, warehouses, yards, manufacturing lines, or vehicle checkpoints.

Overhead RFID

A real-time location RFID reader is a fixed overhead system that detects RFID-tagged items and determines their location within a defined area. It provides continuous visibility of inventory, equipment, vehicles, and personnel, enabling real-time asset tracking for inventory management, asset tracking, access control, and shipping/receiving operations.

Handheld RFID

Handheld RFID readers are portable devices that allow workers to quickly locate, identify, and count RFID-tagged items while moving throughout a facility. Unlike fixed readers, they provide mobility and are commonly used for inventory audits, asset searches, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment.

Active and Passive RFID

Active RFID

Active RFID Operation

Active RFID tags contain their own battery, which powers the tag and allows it to continuously transmit signals to RFID readers over longer distances. This greater range and stronger signal make active RFID ideal for tracking high-value assets, vehicles, and equipment in real time. However, active tags are generally larger and more expensive than passive RFID tags due to their built-in power source.

Passive RFID

Passive RFID Operation

Passive RFID tags do not have a battery. They receive power from radio waves sent by an RFID reader, allowing the tag to transmit its stored information back to the reader. Because they are low-cost and long-lasting, passive RFID tags are commonly used for inventory tracking, asset management, and access control.
