Integrated Packaging Line Solutions
Process Integration, Inc. specializes in designing and integrating complete automated packaging line systems. We combine conveyors, weighing and labeling equipment, coding and marking systems, automation controls, robotics, and data reporting into streamlined solutions for both existing and newly designed packaging lines. Using advanced 3D SolidWorks design, our team develops efficient layouts that optimize plant space, improve workflow, and support long-term operational performance. As an OEM, we also design and manufacture custom conveyors, static and motion scales, stainless steel printer applicators, and other specialized equipment tailored to each application. That equipment is built for food processing environments, including ready-to-eat (RTE) areas.

We provide complete product identification solutions, including decorative labeling, barcode and RFID integration, date coding, batch coding, expiration coding, and other variable data marking requirements. Our systems support a wide range of labeling applications, including top, bottom, side, wraparound, and multi-panel labeling for beverage, consumer goods, industrial, and packaging environments.
Our automation and controls capabilities include PLC design, plant network connectivity, safety sensors, scanning systems, machine guarding, and equipment monitoring. Shorite Controls: A UL 508A and UL 698A Panel Shop
Shorite Controls has been designing and building industrial control panels since 1985, and joined Process Integration, Inc. in January 2024. It works from a 20,000 square‑foot facility in Princess Anne, Maryland — the same address as the rest of the company.
It is a UL 508A and UL 698A listed panel shop, covering motion control, PLCs, HMIs and SCADA. The panels behind a Process Integration, Inc. line are built by the same company that designs and integrates the line.
